As our first Cultural & Neighborhood Media Manager, you'll support people tell the OpenPhone story, amplify our company voice, and construct an involved community. This is an exciting opportunity to greatly help establish our social networking sport plan from the ground up and have a huge effect on our go-to-market and company strategies.

Here are some things you'll be doing:

• Take over day-to-day operations of OpenPhone's social networking and neighborhood pages
• Construct and accomplish a technique for rising OpenPhone's presence on social networking to develop our company and engage customers
• Create native content for social networking programs and control a content calendar across all tools
• Develop systems for different clubs for different clubs at OpenPhone to work with and take advantage of social networking
• Function as the "voice of the community" within OpenPhone and supporter for the customers
• Develop and monitor measures of success for social networking
• Experiment with new tools and methods as essential and guide on use
• Donate to different areas of the marketing team as needed

About You:

• 2+ decades of experience handling social networking across a number of tools (we're currently productive on Facebook, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube)
• Enthusiastic about social networking and neighborhood and excited to engage with customers via existing and new programs
• Excellent prepared and verbal conversation abilities
• Ability to generate participating prepared and visual content
• Knowledge in working with popular social networking administration methods (come ready with opinions about your chosen!)
• A good understanding of social networking analytics and how to measure the success of organic cultural campaigns
• Knowledge working remotely, with excellent time administration abilities and the capability to work autonomously
• An experimental attitude, a wish to master, and a willingness to use new things
